Meet our Hosts
I'm Sarah, an enneagram 6w5, with a love for beautiful, intentional storytelling, as well as art that makes you think. I have a degree in Music & Communications, and on top of hosting "Investigating Angel," I also co-host "Becoming Buffy," a podcast about "Buffy the Vampire Slayer." I discovered Buffy in high school, but didn't watch Angel until a few years ago--a mistake that I think so many others make! Angel is often overlooked, both as a character and a show, which is why I hope our podcast can encourage others to see it in a new light. Our goal is to create a community that appreciates and enjoys the wonderful aspects this show has to offer.
Hi! I’m Lea (yes, like Princess Leia) and I’m an enneagram 9w8. I live in Ontario, Canada! I grew up watching Buffy and Angel and have continued to rewatch both shows throughout the years. I find that with every rewatch, I learn new things and find new ways to appreciate and relate to the characters and storylines; truly good TV that just keeps on giving. I completely love Angel and find that I relate to him in many ways: we both like to brood, we think this socializing thing is brutal, we both like to sit in the dark and read, and we both like mint chocolate chip ice cream (queue me sobbing forever). I’m so excited to watch Angel the Series with you and really get into what makes this character so complex and so interesting and what makes this show so good! There’s much to discuss, so buckle up, kids!
